Additionally, I found it frustrating that there was no easy access to ice, which would have been helpful. Overall, there are some great features, but also areas needing improvement.

Horrendous noise levels from neighboring rooms made it hard to rest. I also faced a frustrating time locating the hotel due to incorrect address details on multiple platforms, and the phone line was completely unresponsive, leaving me hanging in silence.

No ice machine to quickly grab ice when needed!!! Insufficient soundproofing made for sleepless nights with noise from above and around. Fitness room is ridiculously small and not up to par with standard hotel offerings.

The place was decent, brand new with a solid fitness room. Had a mini stove but no dishes, which was a bummer. And c’mon, don't skimp on the hot water! Fresh look, but noise from neighbors was wild. Plus, hard to find this joint without directions. Got me frustrated!

It was super clean. the staff was pleasant. Basic but nice rooms. loved the location, just 14 min from the airport.

I almost gave a good review until i heard the neighbor's racket all night long. it was like living beneath a herd of elephants. the fact that i had to make my own ice, instead of enjoying it instantly, was just absurd. i obviously expected a complimentary welcome gift after all this inconvenience but received nothing instead. just shameful.
